Fees

Every order shows two fees, and the total, before you pay. Each school district sets its own ticket fee, so the amounts differ by district. A district's fee page is linked from its box office and from checkout.

Ticket fee

A flat fee for each ticket, set by the district.
Never more than $5.00 per ticket.
An event can have its own ticket fee. The event page and checkout show it.

Processing fee

Covers what the card processor charges, so card costs do not come out of the ticket price. It is a percentage of the total charged plus a fixed amount per order.

Refunds

Fees are not refunded. See the refund policy.
