Refund policy

The district issues refunds

Every ticket is sold by the school district that runs the event, and only the district can issue a refund. Endless Seats does not decide refunds. To ask for one, contact the district or the school's athletic office.

What is refunded

• The face value of each refunded ticket: the ticket price.
• The ticket fee and the processing fee are not refunded. They pay for the ticketing and the card processing, which have already happened. See the fees page.

How a refund works

• The district can refund a whole order or some of the tickets in it.
• Refunded tickets are cancelled and can no longer be scanned at the gate.
• The money goes back to the card used for the purchase. Your card issuer decides when it appears on your statement.

Postponed or cancelled events

If an event is postponed or cancelled, the district decides whether tickets are refunded or honored on a new date. Fees are not refunded in either case.
