These terms apply when you use Endless Seats: the website at endlessseats.com, the Endless Seats app, and the box office a school district places on its own website. Endless Seats is operated by [PLACEHOLDER: legal entity name] ("Endless Seats", "we"). By buying a ticket or signing in, you agree to these terms.

What Endless Seats does

Endless Seats is a ticketing service for school sports. A school district lists its events, sets its ticket prices and ticket fee, and runs each event. Endless Seats provides the checkout, delivers the tickets, and gives the district's staff the tools to scan them at the gate. The district is the seller of every ticket.

Buying tickets

  • You can buy tickets without an account. You give your name and email address, and a phone number if you choose. Your tickets are sent to that email address.
  • Checkout shows the ticket price, a per-ticket ticket fee, a processing fee, and the total before you pay. See the fees page.
  • Card details are entered on the payment processor's secure form or page and do not pass through Endless Seats' servers.
  • An order is complete once the payment is confirmed, and tickets are not held until then. An order left unpaid expires. If the tickets sell out before your payment is confirmed, the charge is returned.

Your tickets

  • Each ticket has its own code, shown as a QR code. Staff scan it at the gate. A ticket admits one person once; after it is scanned it cannot be used again.
  • Keep your codes private. Anyone with a copy of a code can present it, and only the first scan is admitted.
  • To see your tickets, sign in with the email address you used at checkout.
  • You can send a ticket to someone else by email from My tickets. The recipient claims it from the link in that email by entering the address the ticket was sent to. Until then you can cancel the transfer, and an unclaimed transfer expires.
  • The district runs each event and decides entry and the rules of its venue.

Event changes and refunds

The district can reschedule, move, or cancel its events. Refunds are issued by the district and follow the refund policy. Fees are not refunded.

Accounts

Sign-in is provided by Clerk. District staff accounts are added by the district's administrator and are for that district's work only.

Acceptable use

Do not:

  • copy a ticket code to admit more people than the ticket allows;
  • try to reach another person's tickets or a district's admin console without permission;
  • interfere with or overload the service.

Events

Endless Seats does not organize any event and is not responsible for the event itself, including its schedule, result, or conditions at the venue. Questions about an event go to the district or school that runs it.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest change. Using Endless Seats after a change means you accept the updated terms.
